We do not offer refunds for canceled appointments/no-shows.
Please contact our staff if you are unable to attend a class .
In addition, Shake it Off holds the right to charge for damages incurred to the space and the employees where an event is being hosted. Please note that a fee of up to $100 may be charged as an invoice for damages to the responsible party.
A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking. If given a 1 week's notice received by e-mail, we are happy to move your party to another day within 12 months of your original party date. If you cannot give a 1 week's notice, there will be a $50 rebooking fee. If you cancel your event for any reason and do not wish to reschedule, please know that the 30% deposit will not be refunded. Additionally, full payment must be received three days before the start of your party, or we have the right to cancel your party and hold onto your deposit.
We do not offer refunds for parties once they have been confirmed and final deposit has been made. In the event an unforeseen circumstance has occurred, please contact us directly and we will work with you to reschedule.
In addition, we will charge a $200 damages fee if damages are incurred to our space or employees due to actions from party guests. We have the right to increase the fee if the damages exceed the $200 cost.
