Included in a Shake it Off Party:

  • A dedicated team to help you work out the fine details and price your party!

  • A beautiful and newly renovated space for a 1.45 hour rental, which includes all of the following:

    • Approximately 15 children (Up to 20 for Movement/Dance & Bounce package and up to 15 for Art or Science)*

    • 10-minute short sit-down activity (coloring sheets, magnatiles, blocks, etc)

    • One 40-45-minute activity (Bounce, arts & crafts, science, or dance party) 

    • Approximately 30 minutes of celebration in our party room with music.

    • 10-15 minute Dance party

  • We offer pizza and water for the kids, and additional food can be purchased for adults.

  • Standard white paper plates for pizza, dessert plates, napkins and small cups for water

  • Furthermore, we provide a selection of single-colored tablecloths based on your theme. 

  • We do not allow outside decorating companies

  • Party decor and any other special set up not purchased through a package can be set up by our staff for a fee

    We provide all of the above for your party as well as extra tables for food, gifts and dessert.

*Additional kids are $20 each (per activity)

What Should You Bring:

All You Need to Know About our Studio Parties

  • Where

    All parties are hosted in our Studio, which is located at 365 Central Park Avenue, Scarsdale, NY.

  • How

    All birthday party bookings are done via the booking link on our website. We recommend reaching out to our team adminteam@shakeitoffwestchesterny.com to verify availability. Any reservation booked without confirming availability may be subject to be rescheduled.

  • Who (Can I Invite)

    We do not have a limit on adults attending any parties but please keep in mind all party rooms do have a capacity. We do not provide seating for all adults attending.

  • When

    Parties are booked on a ‘first-come, first-served basis, so times may fill up before you can book. We will constantly update you if a time you have inquired about has been filled up before you finalize details.

    To secure your slot, we ask you to fill out our booking form (using the [Book Now] button) and deposit. Parties can always be moved if we are given 1 week’s notice.

  • Invoice

    Ten days before your party date, we will send you a final invoice and confirm your party details.

    If you have to make any changes, we ask that you do so 10 days prior to your party date. Invoices are due the Wednesday prior to your party date. Any invoices not paid in full by the due date are subject to cancellation.

  • Deliveries and Set up time

    Items can be delivered to our studio up to an hour prior to the start of your party time.

    We allow parents to come up to 30 minutes prior to the start of the party for any set up they would like to do.

Can I bring my Decor/Food/Dessert/etc. to the party?

Absolutely! We only don’t allow outside decorators in our space as we have our own vendor that provides balloon garlands, centerpieces and more. We also offer a décor package that will supply all the colored/themed decor for your party. You can bring food/dessert 30 minutes before the start of your party! We do not store food or party supplies overnight, and we do not have a freezer for perishable goods. Additionally, we do not provide kosher catering. We will not offer a discount if you want to bring food for the children.

How do I book a party?

All bookings are done online and via email. If you’re interested in speaking over the phone about planning your party, please email us, and we will set up an appointment that fits your schedule!

We take tours by appointment only! Please email us to schedule an appointment with our staff. We do NOT accept walk-ins for tours!

Are the packages tailored to the age range of the children attending?

Our packages can be tailored to any age within the range we provide!

Our Movement/Dance package is designed for children ages 1-3! Our Science projects are meant for children 3+ due to non-edibility, and our Arts & Crafts are for ages 2+.
